Sunday School
For preschoolers and older, Sunday School, held during the main meeting, is a place where kids can learn about God - what He's done and what He can do for them.
We believe in instilling in our kids a love for God and his creatures and a desire to seek Him out for themselves and learn more about his wonderful love and grace (Proverbs 22:6).

Southside Update
Last term in Sunday School we studied the book of Acts; covering Paul's conversion and his journeys (wow, what a long way!), learning not to judge people, as only God knows His plan for each of us (the children made some really groovy glasses to help with this!). We also looked at the many miracles that the early Christians prayed for and witnessed and the persecution they suffered.
This term the children will be learning about some of the Parables Jesus told. Our Memory Verse this term is 1 Corinthians 2:9 "But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him."
Activities planned for this term include: making 'egg heads' - seeing the power seeds contain: watching them burst a container!! Learning to play hopscotch with the focus on going 'home' and learning a few choruses to build confidence at chorus time in the meeting.
