GETTING TO NEWCASTLE

Williamtown Airport is approximately 20 - 30 minutes driving time from Newcastle. If you require a lift or special assistance, please indicate on your Registration Form. Visit www.newcastleairport.com.au for more information about the airport.  If you are arriving by train, there are numerous station stops in the Newcastle area. Visit www.cityrail.info for further information. Again, if you require a lift to and from a train station, please indicate on your Registration Form.

REGISTRATION & FEES

Online Registration is the preferred method as this will guarantee you a seat.  The venue has limited seating capacity of 400.  Fees are as follows:

Adult (16yr+) $20 per person
Pensioners & High school students $10 per person
Family Maximum Cost $80 max. fee per family
Primary School and under Free

ACCOMMODATION

MEALS

  • Snack food, cold drinks and coffee will be sold at the venue during break times.
  • McDonalds is located across the road to the left. Open 6am - 11pm
  • Clarrie's Gourmet Takeaway located across the road to the right.  Open 6am - 3pm
  • Beaumont Street, Hamilton is 2km west of the venue, with a smorgasbord of eateries and coffee shops.

BILLETING

A very limited amount of billeting will be available, so we encourage you to make your own arrangements where possible. If you do wish to be billeted, please indicate this on the form when you Register. 

CRECHE AND ACTIVITIES

There will be a crèche for toddlers and activities for primary school aged children.
